I simply want to join my team (and the team has already registered)

To join a team, simply:

1. Search for your team name.
2. Select "Join This Team".
3. Register and join.

Team Payment Options (i.e. how does team register and pay)

*Please note: Teams that have played 8+ seasons will now have the $50 loyalty discount automatically applied when selecting their team through the registration portal! The Super Early Bird is also available to teams that register via the Upfront or Shared Payment options if they register before the cut-off date!

Paying Upfront

To pay upfront you can follow the below steps:

1. Log in to Spawtz
   
   1. Click on the relevant registration link below for the team you wish to register.
   2. Log in using your details, (if you have forgotten your password, simply press forgot password to reset it).
   3. If you do not have a login you can create one when you click through to the relevant Spawtz page.

2. Select the team you wish to register or create a new team by entering the new team name into the box.
3. Select > Pay The Full Amount. Enter your details and process the payment.

Shared Payments - New for 2025

To pay using shared payment you can follow the below steps:

1. Log in to the relevant Spawtz account.
2. Select the competition you would like to join.
3. Enter a new team name or select an existing team
4. Select > “Pay now to confirm your place”
5. Select > “Pay your share only”
6. The Organiser will then pay a deposit of $100
7. You can then select existing players and/or invite new players to share the team fee. If a new player is not yet registered, the captain simply has to put in the name and email address for the information to be sent to the new player to register and pay their share.
8. Select > Invite teammates to share this fee.
9. The amount owed by each player will then be debited 2 weeks (14 days) after the team registers.

* All selected players pay an equal share of the total amount owed.
* This option adds a $2.55 fee (per person).
* Dishonour fees are applied to failed payments.
* The organiser will be responsible for any outstanding fees if a team members payment fails.
