TRL is a non-contact version of Rugby League that keeps the good stuff (kicking, kick-offs, and proper play-the-balls) and ditches the bad (awkward tags and frustrating dump-and-runs). The result? A faster, smoother game that actually feels like Rugby League but way more social. Played across Australia from Townsville to Melbourne, TRL is the fastest-growing social sport in the country.

TRL was born in 2005 in Brisbane, Australia by people who loved Rugby League but wanted a version that was more inclusive, less injury-prone, and easier to play. What started as a local comp quickly grew into something much bigger.
